I have been enrolling for some courses at Edx which are quite tough. They give certs for them - a verified one, an honor one (which isn't verified) and something called an Xseries one where you complete a series of courses in a specific subject.
One of the courses I enrolled for is called "Computation Structures - Part 1: Digital Circuits" from MIT .
